Mindset is the #1 predictor as to how a situation will turn out. Some of the questions this webinar will help you consider include: How are you showing up? Are we in self-protect mindset or a connect mindset? How do I focus less on what is going on around me and focus more on what is going on inside me? What skills do I need to water or weed in my personality to ensure the best day I have ever had in my role with the city is one that is still out ahead of me?
The unaware leader is the most dangerous kind. Self-awareness, others-awareness, and intentionality can be the difference that makes the difference in meeting people where they need to be met. Safely exploring the invisible aspects of leadership can make a visible difference.
