HR for a More Impactful Work Environment Webinar

*Discontinued After January 31, 2023*

HIRING: Hiring for Fit and Value
We all want people who are technically sound, maybe even technically outstanding.  But we also want people who fit our culture and add value to our organization.  Asking the right questions and trusting your instincts during the interview process, along with understanding that everyone has development needs, can help identify the ideal candidate.

PERFORMANCE EVALUATIONS: Making Them Meaningful
How much meaning and value come out of annual employee appraisals?  Not much.  Let's talk about how goal setting, continuous coaching, and consistent check-ins help employees grow while meeting organizational needs.

FIRING: Coach Them Up or Coach Them Out
Letting go of an employee is not easy, even when warranted.  If coaching them up fails, coaching them out allows them to make the decision to leave with dignity while honoring the integrity of your team.

LEADERSHIP: Be the Leader You Want to Follow
We all know relationships are the key to life. Creating connections and building relationships across departmental lines not only enhances the job but helps us serve each other better. Let’s explore the behavioral approaches to people-oriented leadership and discover the motivations in each other to produce a more impactful work environment.
