The 2 hour Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission’s webinar on license and permit certification will provide guidance to municipal clerks on TABC’s Alcohol Industry Management System (AIMS), county/city statutory authorities, certifying applications, local fees, and delinquent payments.

Three municipal officials from city secretary offices in Texas will also provide information on how to implement legislation at the local level that regulates the alcoholic beverage industry in Texas.  These individuals will share best practices and allow time for Q&A to make sure you are ready to fulfill your duties in this area.
