About the Speaker:

Ryan Burns is the Cyber Risk Services Manager for the TML Risk Pool. He has over 20 years of experience working either with or working for public entities in Texas. He joined the TML Risk Pool in 2015, previously worked in municipal law enforcement and in the software/hardware/IT space with local governments. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University.
