Devin will also use real samples of subpoenas to help identify and differentiate between the various types of subpoenas. During the webinar, Devin will provide practical scenarios that a municipality may encounter after being served and how they're routinely addressed by staff and in practice. Towards the end, the floor will open up for questions.
