During this webinar, participants will have the opportunity to learn how to create a climate where all team members feel safe and respected. The presenter will share information that can help you provide all feedback in a positive way and be honest without being brutal. Also, you will learn why standards of performance are needed within your city staff, the difference between an employee fitting in and feeling they belong, and how to enable everyone on your team to feel that the mission cannot be accomplished without them.
