Change management is understanding the people side of change. The ability to successfully engage and guide your team through projects as well as organization changes separates average leaders from great leaders. Managers are the first line of defense for their teams when there is change in policy or strategic direction.
“As a competency for leaders, change management is a set of skills that enables change and creates a strategic capability for increasing organizational effectiveness.” – Prosci
This session is designed to introduce basic concepts of change management, help leaders understand their important role in ensuring team success, and share tools encouraging adoption and usage of change policies.
